Family with children might find it adequate
So we had some hiccups with check-in, like trying to get into our room for over an hour, but the staff was ehh really friendly. There’s a great bagel place just around the corner, seriously, order online and skip the line, that saved us a ton of time and made our mornings better.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but considering the location it was alright.

Only two elevators for 28 floors!!! Time spent waiting for an elevator was frustrating. Showers not functioning properly could ruin a stay!!!

The TV had persistent connectivity issues, and calls for assistance were met with empty promises—no streaming was possible throughout the stay. Additionally, when extra towels were requested, delivery never materialized, leaving us short. Dining options were also quite limited and not very appetizing considering the prices.
